Thank you for visiting First Care Medical Clinic.

Appointments & Urgent Care
With extended weekday and Saturday office hours at our locations, it’s easier than ever for you and your family to get the care you need. You don't even need an appointment, just come straight to First Care Medical Clinic.

If you prefer to schedule an appointment in advance, call the First Care Medical Clinic office closest to you between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early in order to complete a medical information sheet. Also remember to bring a list of all medications you are currently taking, along with your insurance information. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office 24 hours in advance. This will allow other patients to use that scheduled time.

Prescriptions
We accept requests for prescription refills each weekday between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Unfortunately, prescriptions cannot be filled in the evening or on weekends because we must have access to each patient’s medical chart before medication is prescribed. When you call for a refill, please have the prescription name, pharmacy name, and pharmacy phone number ready. We do not accept telephone requests for narcotics. Please allow 24 hours for your prescription refill to be called into your preferred pharmacy. Therefore, please call in your refill three to five days before you run out of your medication.

Emergencies
In the event of a severe emergency, go directly to the hospital emergency room.

If the situation is not severe and you need assistance after normal office hours, call our after hours number, 800-227-3881, and leave a message. The First Care Medical Clinic practitioner on-call will be paged and return your call.

Payment Policy
We ask that you pay for services at the time they are rendered. This helps us to keep our costs to a minimum. We accept Mastercard, Visa, personal checks and cash. First Care Medical Clinic participates with most major insurance and managed care plans. We also accept Medicare and Medicaid. Please note that insurance co-payments are due in advance. We realize payment and insurance issues can be confusing, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding this matter.

As an added service for patients, we also offer an interest-free payment plan. For details, ask for information about our Care Credit Plan.
