What prescriptions are available in your online pharmacy?

Prescriptions written by First Care Medical Clinic providers to treat ongoing, chronic conditions are eligible to be filled through our online pharmacy. Many common medications are available in 30-, 60- or 90-day supplies. If you do not have a current prescription certain conditions, we can schedule a TeleHealth visit to diagnose and prescribe your medication.

When will I receive my medications?

Once you’ve placed your order online and your prescription and payment have been verified by our pharmacy staff, you should receive your medications within 5-7 days. If you need your medications sooner, expedited shipping may be available (at an extra charge). In some cases, a week’s supply may be available for pickup.

How do I manage refills?​​​

You can opt for automatic refills that will bill your credit card and ship your medications automatically within 14 days of running out. You can also sign up for email and text message reminders. Finally, we will always discuss prescriptions and refills during any First Care Medical Clinic appointment, Chronic Care Management Call, or regular patient check-in.

How are my medications shipped?​​​

Medications are shipped via UPS Ground from our Monroe, North Carolina location to street addresses (no PO Box) within North and South Carolina. The shipping address must match the patient address found within the patient’s chart. Medications will be shipped in discreet, weather-proof packaging. You will receive email notifications when your order has been received, filled, and shipped along with a UPS tracking number. If preferred, medications can be shipped to any First Care Medical Clinic location for pickup.

What payment options are available?​​​

In order to verify your identity, all patients utilizing online ordering must pay for medications with a credit card that matches the patient’s name (or parent/guardian name if minor patient). If you do not have a major credit or debit card in your name, you may place your order at any First Care Medical Clinic location for mail-order delivery.
